Hauptaufgaben

· Überwachung und Sicherung der Qualität der Erzeugnisse, um die vorgegebenen Eigenschaften und Merkmale zu erfüllen

· Bei Abweichungen gegenüber den Vorgaben oder unbekannter Qualitätslage Sperren von betroffenen Produkten und Prozessen, sofortige Information der Fertigung, Fehleranalyse und Fehlermeldung. Klärung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen. Einleiten von Maßnahmen, Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit von Korrekturmaßnahmen

· Planung, Koordination und Durchführung der Wareneingangsprüfungspläne und der Produktionsprüfplanung

· Berichterstattung über die Qualitätssituation, Erstellen und Auswerten von Statistiken und deren Analyse

· Bearbeiten von Reklamationen und Festlegen der Schlussfolgerungen, Umsetzen von Kundenforderungen, insbesondere nach Reklamationen

· Beurteilung von Sonderfreigaben in Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Vertrieb und Technik

· Entscheidung über die Verwendung von Produkten bei Qualitätsabweichungen in Abstimmung mit Engineering, Operations

· Lieferantenmanagement

· Planung, Koordination und Durchführung interner und externer Audits

· Erstellen und Prüfen von qualitätsrelevanten Unterlagen (intern/extern)

Ihr Profil

· Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik oder alternativ Ingenieur im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik

· Sichere Anwendung von EDV (Office, SAP usw.)

· Q - Ausbildung von Vorteil (zum Beispiel 8D Bearbeitung usw.)

· Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

· Reisebereitschaft

· Durchhaltevermögen

· Englisch in Wort und Schrift

· Entscheidungsbereitschaft
