Job Description:
The Director provides leadership and direction in fulfilling and advancing the mission of the Henry County Health Center Foundation. The individual serves as the lead staff person for the Board of Directors and is responsible for leading the organization in its operational and strategic goals including success in fundraising, enhancing the organization’s public image, and active employee/associate engagement. The position works in tandem with other health system employees to identify unmet needs and identify the resources to fulfill those needs. The position will not have direct supervision over other employees but is part of a health system Foundation team that supports the system’s efforts to empower people, transform lives, and fulfill dreams.
The mission of the Health County Health Center Foundation is to support the health and well being of all Henry County communities and the organization’s vision statement is to be the premier catalyst for generating financial resources to support a healthier future.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
A minimum of four (4) years of business or organizational management experience with reportable performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) applications
Evidence of strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Superior writing skills and relevant experience in public speaking and/or presentations
Excellent attention to details, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of business/management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership and coordination of people and resources
