Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program management.

• Experience in embedded Systems Development.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience managing software development for consumer hardware products.

• Experience working with the Android ecosystem and development.

• Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.

• Ability to prioritize when working on multiple tasks/projects.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a changing environment.

As a Software Technical Program Manager you will help define the next generation audio products to deliver Software and user experience in collaboration with a number of cross-functional teams and external vendors.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Work with Software leads, Product Managers, cross-functional Hardware/software Technical Program Manager's and external partners to define and launch innovative new features.

• Define milestones and drive/lead engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and track tasks to completion.

• Drive external partners and internal teams to deliver features and bug fixes.

• Track and prioritize feature/surface/system development work from concept to launch.

• Identify risks and corresponding mitigation plans, and implement solutions.
