Intuit Lending Compliance Manager in Mountain View, California

The Compliance Manager will report to the Head of Lending Compliance for Intuit and will manage product compliance for consumer lending.

This role is hybrid with current on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ year’s professional experience, 3+ years’ experience in Compliance preferred.

  • CRCM or other professional certifications preferred.

  • Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending, including familiarity with applicable federal and state regulations, such as ECOA, FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, UDAP, GLBA/Privacy, OFAC and 3rd party vendor management.

  • Ability to understand laws/regulations/policies and execute testing based on those requirements.

  • Ability to work independently – self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

How you will lead

  • Work closely with product managers to develop a compliant consumer lending product.

  • Support the onboarding of a bank partner which includes providing all of the necessary implementation documentation.

  • Develop a quality control process to ensure all compliance requirements were included in the launched product.

  • Work with compliance monitoring to ensure that high risk areas are monitored on a periodic basis.

  • Work closely with the Business team to remediate findings/bugs identified.

  • Assist in the execution of the annual risk assessment.

  • Enhance compliance operations including: issues management, policies/procedures updates and internal requests.

  • Help drive the mindset that Compliance is a strategic advantage, enabling growth and customer delight.
