Google Retail Producer, Google Store Marketing in Mountain View, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative briefs through launch.

  • Experience as a Retail Creative Producer in developing and executing marketing strategies for retail stores.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience overseeing campaigns and projects with multiple executive stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage cross-team collaborations with clear communication for optimum results.

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and grow in a fast-paced, technical work environment.

  • Ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions that work for multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Google Retail Marketing team brings the Google brand and hardware devices to life in both first-party and third-party retail around the globe. We’re a dynamic team of go-to-market specialists, retail advocates, partner marketers, experience designers, demo experience experts, production managers and retail producers whose mission is to fundamentally change how people discover and explore our Google products.

In this role, you will partner closely with internal creative teams and agency partners to deliver exceptional design, product experiences, visual merchandising, graphics, and signage. You will focus on customer experience, retail impact, and Google's brand integrity throughout the creative process. You will manage new store openings, seasonal campaigns and new product launches throughout the creative life-cycle aligning with the strategic and budget goals, delivering on time and ensuring flawless execution. You will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders providing direct communication, updates and alignment to ensure the success of the work. You will also work closely with our Store Operations team on critical playbooks for flawless execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Assess creative briefs, establish and enforce timelines and budgets, and coordinate comprehensive stakeholder reviews.

  • Direct and inspire internal creative teams or agency partners.

  • Drive proactive, transparent communication with cross-functional teams. Provide clear updates on project status, anticipate and mitigate risks, and expertly articulate priorities.

  • Analyze and refine processes. Maximize efficiency and team well-being within the retail producer team and retail creative group.
