Job Description:

• Client is looking for consultant who can join Risk, Compliance & Integrity organization and can brings together critical compliance, assurance, risk and governance functions across and help the company meet compliance needs and enable our businesses to innovate.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning, readiness, and audit execution phases, including scoping, risk assessment, preparation of documentation, control re-validation, and support of audit programs performed by external auditors.

• Assess and advise stakeholders on compliance risks, controls, and issues identified during audits.

• Coordinate, manage, and facilitate processes to address auditor’s inquiries, activities, and requests effectively and timely.

• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to stakeholders across the company.

• Advise on control auditability and automation opportunities

Experience:

• Domain Expertise: Has experience with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices (e.g., AICPA Trust Principles (SOC 1/2/3), ISO 27000 series, PCI DSS, SOX,) and other compliance frameworks.

• Critical Thinking: Questions assumptions, various perspectives and uses logic and reasoning to reach well-informed conclusions

• Communicates Effectively: Communicates clearly, confidently, and authentically in oral and written forms.

Skills:

• ITGC SOX, ISO 27001, SOC, TAG, ARP

• Compliance programs and audits

• Risk assessment methodologies

• Audit frameworks

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
