Job Description:

· Support operational efficiency and cultural initiatives for the Mountain View and San Francisco, California region. This involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Workplace, Events, Onboarding, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

· Space and move planning, improvement, and execution in collaboration with Workplace teams.

· New starter onboarding and office tours, including Executive onsite onboarding program.

· Building access approvals.

· Site governance coordination, planning, and input.

· Events management and delivery in collaboration with the Events team.

· External collaboration planning and delivery.

· Visitors experience support.

· Local process delivery and improvement.

Experience:

· 2+ years in any of the following: Project Management, Facilities Management, Events or Hospitality.

· Proven ability to design and implement executive onboarding and new hire orientation programs that ensure a smooth integration for new employees.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding and orientation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality delivery.

· Experience with working across multiple offices and countries.

· Experience working with large multinational organisation is a plus.

· Cross-functional work experience coordinating work across different domains and/or departments is a plus.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
