About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator who is willing to work in the field and whose primary responsibility is to operate a dozer safely and efficiently. This position will be part of a team responsible for laying and backfilling 14 miles of deep pipe. This person must be willing to carry out company policies and values while thriving in a team setting.
Project Overview: Construction of a raw water intake and pump station facility and installation of approximately 15 miles of HDPE pipe.

Responsibilities

Must have experience working with subcontractors. setting grade, and backfill
Ability to understand and follow grade
Understanding of soil types and knowledge of shoring, bracing, and sloping
Daily work plans, reports, and timecards
Lift 50+ pounds
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or company security operations for the protection of people and property.
Location & commitments
Project Location – Mt. Home, Idaho
Project Duration – Full-time hours plus overtime as needed through winter. Additional jobs have been secured in the Treasure Valley area providing employees with stable, local consistent work.
8–10-hour shifts
Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones
Requirements and Qualifications
3-5 years of civil experience
Current and valid driver’s license
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
Pre-employment drug testing required
Criminal background check required
Adhere to all safety requirements
Commitment to teamwork, safe work practices, and integrity
