Job Title: General Laborer Location: Mt. Vernon, OH Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Shift Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labore to join our team. No prior experience is required---we will teach you the skills needed to succeed! This role involves a variety of tasks, including assisting with production, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and follow company processes for manufacturing and assembly.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and quality control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Support team members in completing daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required---just a willingness to learn!
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
