Replex Plastics CNC and Production Associates 2nd and 3rd Shifts Overview: Replex Plastics, an American manufacturer, started in 1991, located in Mount Vernon, Ohio is seeking CNC Operators and Production Associates. The CNC and Production Operators are in full-time positions starting at Pay:

• $17/hour base WITH benefits + shift differential = $19-$21.50 per hour OR $20/hour base with NO benefits + shift differential = $22-$22.50 per hour.
• 5 PTO days after 6 months (10 days at a year), 1 PDO per year, access to health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days and a 401K with employer matching.
• CNC Operators and Production Associates Position Summary: We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC operators and Production Associates to join our second and third shifts. Job duties include but are not limited to CNC operator and finishing duties, operate our thermoformers and metallizer tanks . As with all positions at Replex, we are willing to train our operators in how to operate our machinery. Our mission for these roles is for the ideal candidate to contribute to boosting Replex production output, enabling us to service more customers and service them faster while continuing to provide high quality products at lower cost.
• CNC Operator and Production Associate Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Understand and implement appropriate methods of operating assigned machinery including but not limited to proper set up, machinery adjustments, maintenance, etc.
• Progressively increase production speed while maintaining quality and reducing scrap and waste, in accordance with established production standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• CNC Operator and Production Associate Qualifications for Success:
• Dependable and able to maintain a reliable attendance record
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Positive attitude
• Basic mechanical aptitude or the ability to learn
• Possess problem solving skills and ability to think "outside the box"
• Experience with CNC machines and previous manufacturing experience a plus

Work Schedule: We offer a 5-day work week for both our 2nd shift and 3rd shifts. The schedule for the 2nd shift is 1:45pm -- 10:15pm.
