Job Title:  Part-Time Maintenance Couple at Beech Tree Apartments

Maintenance -- Seeking Retired couple to live on site at Senior Citizen Apt. Complex.

 Work 25 hrs. per week in exchange for a 2-bedroom apartment and utilities.  Perfect for someone who is receiving a pension.  Must have skills in plumbing and electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance as well as janitorial duties.  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Prefer someone who can work 5 hours a day -- 8:00am -- 1:00pm

Location: Beech Tree Apartments, 1365 Yauger Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio.
