Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Flexible) Temp 6 Month Role

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Office Clerical/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves office administrative tasks, data entry, and working with various software programs including Excel, some QuickBooks, and a construction-specific program (training provided).
Responsibilities:
Perform general office clerical duties including answering phones and filing.
Input data into our construction management software, focusing on utility tickets and billing processes.
Utilize Excel to track and manage data related to tickets and projects.
Assist with QuickBooks by entering bills as needed (minimal requirement).
Requirements:
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of QuickBooks (training provided).
Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
Additional Information

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
