Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Service, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on company equipment.

  • Travel daily by vehicle to client sites.

  • Collaborate with branch employees to meet client needs.

  • Address customer service requests within specified contract response times.

  • Provide extended hours coverage and ‘On-Call’ duty as needed.

  • Maintain a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory.

  • Keep company-issued vehicle clean and well-maintained.

  • Safeguard company assets, including tablets and mobile phones.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3+ years in a Technical Service experience

  • Impeccable integrity and ability to access highly secured environments.

  • Strong electromechanical aptitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proof your own work.

  • Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications, and Windows OS.

  • Personable and able to work well with others at all levels.

  • Excellent ‘customer first’ communication skills.

  • Positive and extroverted personality, even in challenging situations.

  • Ability to read and respond to body language and verbal cues.

  • Tenacious and creative, with determination to tackle difficult assignments.

  • Exceptionally well-organized and able to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to set and track personal goals.

  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive team player, able to initiate and follow through on assignments.

  • Commitment to meeting project deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Required to travel and be on the road servicing equipment at clients 90% of the time, with about 10% overnight travel as needed.

  • Some long drive times depending on geographical territory.

  • Available for periodic travel to the Corporate Office for training.

  • Able to lift, push, or carry a minimum of 50 pounds.

  • Physical requirements include kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting to service equipment.

  • Hand and wrist dexterity for using tools and handling parts.

  • Ability to stand for long periods while servicing equipment.

Work Environment:

  • 90% travel from client to client (10% overnight travel as needed).

  • Remote position with opportunities to work from home and travel to the corporate office for training.

  • Primarily onsite at client facilities.

Compensation:

  • Pay Rate : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour for entry-level candidates.

  • Guaranteed Hours : 7AM - 4PM, 40 hours per week plus overtime.
