Job Title: Production Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate machinery to form or cut plastic materials.

Use vacuum forming equipment, CNC routers, band saws, table saws, and die-cutting equipment.

Debur, clean, assemble, and package parts.

Perform light assembly using standard hand tools, solvents, and adhesives.

Follow verbal, written, or graphic work instructions and document all activities as required.

Maintain clean and debris-free work areas.

Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools like dial calipers, micrometers, and rulers.

Operate a forklift and handle materials as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with machinery and hand tools is necessary.

Must be able to use a tape measure and digital calipers.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a diverse team.

Blueprint reading skills are a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequently use hands to handle or operate tools and machinery.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Regular exposure to high temperatures and loud noises.

Frequently work near moving mechanical parts.

Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations.

Must adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.

No personal electronics allowed on the plant floor.

Candidates must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation is essential.
