Our client, in Mt, Pleasant, IA, is seeking General Production Positions to join their team.

Job Summary

The General Production workers perform adjustments on machines following job instructions, communicate job statuses and production concerns and issues, contribut to a team environment with production goals

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Move and lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occassionally.

• Perform adjustments on machines as needed, per the job instructions,

• Meet and exceed production standards and maintaining quality metrics.

• Communicate well regarding statuses of jobs and production, concerns and issues during shift changes.

• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications

• Able to apply written and verbal instructions for machine set up.

• Bending, twisting, turning, lifting for 10-12 hours standing on concrete.

• Move and lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to use hands, wrists and arms to handle material, stoop and bend as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good attendance in required. Be there on time for every scheduled shift.

• Ability to read a ruler.

• Team co-operation is important, your communication matters.

• Reliable through attendance, punctuality and ability to stay in work area for entire shift.
