We are seeking a Creative Media & Design Specialist to join our team in Mounds View, Minnesota. The role involves working in a hybrid work model, where you will be responsible for the visual branding and development of multichannel content for marketing programs and products. This contract role requires a strong understanding of graphic design, digital media production, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality brand-right content across traditional print, digital, and social media

• Build and maintain a consistent product and services brand image through creative design layout, color typography, imagery, video, and motion graphics

• Participate in project input meetings and brainstorming sessions with the Art Director

• Create clean, bold, and engaging content that adheres to the company's visual brand identity and complies with legal and regulatory standards

• Manage design projects from ideation through completion, ensuring quality is maintained and quick timelines are met

• Balance multiple projects and clients while ensuring quality is maintained and quick timelines are met

• Engage with internal cross-functional partners to produce relevant, targeted content

• Work closely with the Project Management team to manage project workflow and activities

• Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality content.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in design

• Advanced skills in graphic design and familiarity with design software

• Proven ability to maintain quality of work while adhering to procedures and standards

• Experience in social media management and strategies for increasing brand awareness

• Proficiency in HTML and other coding languages relevant to interactive design

• Experience in video production and editing

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners and team members

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to manage phone presence professionally and effectively

• Ability to progress in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the design and production of interactive media.
