JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of digital products across a multitude of technology platforms

• Help empower customers to manage their business more efficiently.

• Responsible for evaluating and refining potential solutions that enhance the value of machine products in web solutions.

• Will work between stakeholders and development teams translating customer needs to build solutions that meet customer and dealer needs.

• Will demonstrate experience delivering results within complex projects.

• Possess the ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas to stakeholders of all levels within an organization.

• Possess the ability to collaborate with the development teams to address industry needs.

• Ability to deliver on short-term needs that fit into a long-term vision.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or Computer science disciplines

• 5-7 years of Earthmoving equipment and/or telematic solutions experience

• Requires ability to listen to customers and stakeholders to identify new products and features.

• Experience in the development of information-based solutions for the heavy equipment industry.

• Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge

• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.

• Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.

• Knowledge of computer development software across multiple platforms.

• A result driven, self-starter with a unique combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and strong general and emotional intelligence.

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem solving skills and customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage one"s time.

• Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

• PowerBi, Tableau knowledge or MATLab/ Simulink knowledge preferred

• HIL/SIL testing  experience preferred
