Responsible for the direct supervision of teller personnel engaged in the processing of customer transactions, the maintenance and control of vault cash; assisting tellers by answering questions and assisting with problems; performing all duties of a teller; providing training to teller personnel.

Responsible for a variety of duties relating to the opening and processing of new accounts of all types, the cross-selling of institution services to customers and prospective customers; providing support to other sales personnel, i.e. documentation, etc., may take loan applications as directed.

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:  Minimum 2 years pervious teller experience; supervisory experience preferred; previous cash handling experience and customer contact experience required.

Skills: Excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, Microsoft 365 familiarity, customer focused and organized work habits.

The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes some early Friday evenings and some Saturdays.
