Description We are offering an employment opportunity in Morton Grove, Illinois, United States for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. As part of our team, you will be working in the telecom industry, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of accounting software systems, ERP solutions, and Microsoft Excel. This role is critical in maintaining our financial health and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of all accounts receivable transactions, ensuring all payments are accurately recorded and processed.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions to maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.

• Use your proficiency with Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS/400 to streamline accounting functions and improve efficiency.

• Perform accounts receivable duties including invoicing, researching chargebacks, discrepancies and reconciliations.

• Manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are sent out to customers in a timely manner.

• Monitor cash activity, recording all cash, check, and credit transactions accurately.

• Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report financial information.

• Handle check processing, ensuring all checks are accounted for and properly processed.

• Resolve any accounts receivable issues or inquiries from customers, providing excellent customer service.

• Perform regular audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and comply with legal regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
