Vascular Access – Built on a history of innovation, our Arrow® brand of technically advanced vascular access devices are renowned throughout the world. Position Summary

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for Vascular will be responsible for driving customer engagement and lead generation through impactful digital marketing campaigns, ongoing analytics, and effective use of digital marketing platforms. This role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Communications (MarCom), Product Marketing, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance, Regulatory, and other key departments. The individual will also be expected to contribute positively to the corporate culture, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.

Principal Responsibilities

1) Strategy Development:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. These strategies encompass the Teleflex Vascular website, product microsites, social media, marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management platforms among others.

• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and insights and recommend adjustments to the strategy based on performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business and marketing goals.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to innovate and improve digital marketing tactics continuously.

2) Digital Campaign Execution:

• Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.

• Plan and executeemail marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, either directly or through an external partner.

• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for maximum performance.

• Develop, share and maintain a digital marketing calendar; coordinate as necessary with Marketing Communications (MarCom), Product Marketing and other teams as needed

3) Content Development and Management:

• Create text copy for digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn publications, and YouTube videos, ensuring accuracy in claims and consistency in messaging.

• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with Marketing / Product Managers to develop high-quality digital marketing materials.

• Monitor content performance, recommending and implementing adjustments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines, SOPs and corporate brand standards

4) Performance Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and report on KPIs for digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, DAM and CRM systems to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

• Leverage Excel and Looker Studio to create reports and dashboards.

5) Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.

• Work closely with the MarCom, Product, Sales, DX teams to ensure alignment on messaging and lead generation strategies.

6) Budget Management:

• Plan and oversee budgets for dedicated digital marketing projects and activities, ensuring cost-effective execution.

7) Website Support:

• Lead SEO tactics to enhance organic traffic.

• Update content in collaboration with Marketing Communications (MarCom), Product Marketing, and IT.

• Build and implement lead forms.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience (medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry a plus).

• 1+ years of experience in marketing automation with enterprise-level solutions such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot.

• Experience with content management systems and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Proven track record of leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, including website and platform development, as well as campaigns supporting new product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.

• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing competencies such as website management, SEM/SEO, social media, digital sales tools, and email marketing, with a proven ability to run campaigns that deliver measurable and impactful results.

• Strong analytical skills: adept at analyzing and interpreting digital campaign results to generate insights and develop effective digital marketing strategies and tactics.

• Knowledge and experience with content management systems, PPC advertising tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Campaign Manager).

• Proficient in using CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and Salesforce.

• Understanding of digital design principles, best practices, and various digital file formats and applications.

• Excellent written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships in a matrixed organization.

• Strong project management skills: capable of managing multiple projects both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Self-motivated and diligent in completing deliverables.

• Ability to create innovative, compelling, and effective campaigns within the constraints of a regulated industry.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with working HTML and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge,is an advantage.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required.
