Position Summary As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will support the Pensacola branch with a variety of administrative tasks, ranging from medical record support to interacting with members of our clinical teams. Provide administrative support to the branch manager and staff while assisting with receptionistresponsibilities as needed.

  • Respond to questions from branch personnel regardingcompany policies and procedures.- Help pull restock drug items (lifting up to 50 lbs)- Assist branch management with tracking of internalcompany reports.- Assist in maintaining branch record keeping binders.- Assist with the preparation and logging of patient medicalrecords and branch records for external storage.- File, fax, and scan medical documents to appropriatedepartments.- Maintains office supplies and equipment.-Work with the clinical staff to expedite patient specific documents to the mix room.This is a full-time, benefited position and isNOT through an agency.Challenge your healthcare training or currentadministration knowledge and customer services skills tomake a difference in a patient’s life by providing theoperations team administrative support.     -Minimum one year experience in customer service-Minimum one year experience working in MicrosoftOffice, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
