Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our ISG Data Storage team. You will report directly to our to ISG Data Storage Solutions Controller and will be working closely with ISG Data Storage Product Segment team and Data Storage sales organization, providing end-to-end support from a finance perspective. You will also be collaborating with Finance colleagues in ISG HQ and Geos.
Responsibilities:
Support and own the monthly forecast process and reviews
Monitor and assist with month-end / quarter-end closing activities and ensure proper and accurate reporting of revenue, cost and expenses
Prepare quarterly management reports, trend analyses, and review decks
Provide explanations and bridge analyses on key business drivers based on financial results
Support and provide recommendations on actions to improve business outlook
Track data storage industry data & trends as well as peers' financial performance, to provide business leaders timely and insightful analyses on competitive landscape
Annual STAMP preparation and planning
Other ad-hoc projects (investment cases, process improvement initiatives)
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates with Finance and/or Accounting degree
Candidates with at least 9 years of experience in Finance Planning and Analysis, solid accounting knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with IT industry background would be a plus but not a must
Strong communication skills
Analytical, meticulous, and sensitive to numbers
Proactive and independent
