Position Summary

The Director of Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications manages the execution of digital marketing programs. This position leads creative development initiatives by driving and launching digital marketing programs. In addition, the Director will also oversee all internal and external communications within the Interventional Urology Business Unit. This key role requires the ability to be a dynamic strategic leader who will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels, have a strong attention to detail, a collaborative teamwork approach, and the appropriate measure of professional assertiveness and diplomacy

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage strategic vision of the Digital Marketing and Communications teams.

• Responsible for managing yearly OPEX and CAPEX budgets on behalf of Digital Marketing and Communications.

• Support the team as project manager, prioritizing digital marketing and marketing communications priorities.

• Manage and organize workflow of creative assignments from initiation of the project plan through development, the med-legal review process, and delivery of finished creative materials.

• Support team collateral creation including webinars including invitations, registration, logistics, recording, follow-up emails, tracking for webinars, and conference calls.

• Manage planning and coordination of team meetings.

• Manage the team development and training of digital marketing and marketing communications teams to build a high-performing culture.

• Provide support for sales and customer requests for slides, images, posters, ads, web content, and other internal or external materials.

• Drive omni-channel campaign strategies that resonate with key stakeholders globally.

• Assist in management of SEO and PPC campaigns, including ability to work with Google Analytics and Google Adwords.

• Perform data analyses including assisting in measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns.

• Manage and process email marketing including managing contacts lists, templates, content, and scheduling email delivery.

• Provide third-party vendor management (e.g. digital agencies, social media analytics tools and publishing platforms).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Contribute to the Company culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and fun!

• Support division wide communications strategies to ensure consistent and effective communication occurs.

• Support the sales force to ensure insights are generated to allow for effective “go-to-market” planning.

• Generate ECO collateral process improvements to streamline approval time and improve cross-functional communication.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.

• At least 8-10 years of experience managing digital marketing and/or communication activities

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Experience managing marketing activities within a highly regulated environment.

• Experience in the medical device, life sciences or healthcare industries.

• Strong detail orientation, project management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Executive Management, and vendors.

• Ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet deadlines.

• Proactive, collaborative, “can-do” approach to partnering with and "managing" internal customers.

• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which NeoTract complies.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $190,000-202,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
