Business Development and Enrollment Director

The Business Development and Enrollment Director is responsible for marketing and driving enrollment for the Weichert Real Estate School through various communication platforms. The position improves the school’s offerings and the overall enrollment experience.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ + Markets the Real Estate School on various platforms to increase interest in a career in Real Estate and drive enrollment into the Weichert Real Estate School.

  • Conducts competitive analysis of Real Estate School offerings (both in person and virtual) in key markets to establish more offerings to potential students.

  • Promotes the Weichert Real Estate School in various communication channels including social media, traditional media, and email marketing.

  • Manages the enrollment experience to maximize the student experience as well as to optimize school performance.

  • Identifies potential students who would like to be a licensed salesperson, licensed referral associate, or licensed real estate broker.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education, Certification, and License Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • New Jersey Real Estate Commission Instructor License preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required

Experience

  • A minimum of five (5) years of marketing and business development experience

  • A minimum of five (5) years of real estate sales experience preferred

  • Previous Real Estate Instructor experience is a plus

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of national and state-specific real estate principles and practices

  • Budgeting and P&L experience

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Very strong oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to conduct presentations in a group setting

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions

  • Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
