Will design and implement scalable solutions on Salesforce, a CRM platform, in Morgantown, WV. Will be responsible for day-to-day operations with sales cloud, service cloud, education cloud, experience cloud and marketing cloud and third-party tools including FormAssembly, Conga Suite, DemandTools, Rollup Helper, SMS, and Ownbackup. Will lead testing and verification for internal custom code and vendor software releases, patches, and add-ons. Will create profiles, roles, permissions and groups. Will work on sharing rules, field and organization level security settings, data mapping, data recovery, object modeling and page layout design. Will serve in a lead role in providing application administration, troubleshooting, analysis, support and resolution for CRM day-to-day operations and projects, including code migration, change control, application security, performance and availability. Will maintain security of the highest level by ensuring security standards and protocols are recognized and followed. Will lead the completion of regular internal system audits. Will collaborate with the team to develop, test and ensure the implementation of security best practices and policies. Will design, perform architecture, and publish reports and dashboards for customers and internal use. Will serve as the lead technical point of contact when vendor support is needed for investigation, trouble shooting and development of solutions to technical issues related to the CRM and any related software applications and add-ons. Will provide data management tasks, including data conversion, data migration, deduplication, and identification and the repair of data quality issues. Will collaborate with the CRM team to proactively identify and recommend operational improvements, enhancements and system customizations that meet business needs and ensure solutions that are usable, scalable, simple and easy to maintain. Will serve as a liaison with other IT groups including security, developers, database and systems administrators to ensure system availability along with managing the regular testing of business continuity plans. Will possess the ability to interpret and monitor application logs to identify potential issues and then work with appropriate IT units and vendors to mitigate any issues by creating support cases. Will evaluate and recommend current or emerging technologies. Will provide 24x7 service by being on call in rotation with other staff to ensure continuous availability of the production systems. Will assess current or future needs and priorities through direct communication, surveys or other methods with the users. Will collaborate with various university departments and campuses to increase efficiency and ensure daily operational tasks are completed in a timely manner. Will create or update documentation for the tasks individually or in collaboration with a training group. Will create or update technical and functional documentation including system configuration, infrastructure, and integration specifications. Telecommuting permitted.
