Territory: Central and Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding states

Salary: From $75,000 Annually

Abraxas is hiring an Admissions & Customer Relations Liaison to join our team in Pennsylvania. This position will require travel throughout the territory (Central and Eastern PA and surrounding states) and is responsible for referrals, admissions, and customer relations for Abraxas programs in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include educating customers on Abraxas programs and services, generating and maintaining the referral base, interviewing youth, coordinating admissions, collaborating with referral sources, parents/guardians and Abraxas programs, court testimony, data collection and analysis, identifying and communicating business development opportunities and representing Abraxas on state committees and at local/state/national conferences.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus at least five years of experience in the juvenile justice or child welfare fields as well as experience in admissions, customer relations and marketing.
