Process Engineer

Location: Moreno Valley (onsite)

Compensation: $105,000 - $130,000 per year

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing our warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and quality control. You will be responsible for analyzing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current production schedules and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and implement new process strategies to enhance productivity and quality standards.

  • Design and develop production layouts for the warehouse.

  • Manage process resources and maintain process documentation.

  • Provide support on new projects and developing areas.

  • Train staff on new processes and procedures.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

  • Maintain engineered labor standards and cost control systems.

  • Document and implement Standard Operating Procedures.

  • (Optional) Up to 25% travel may be required.

    Requirements

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Distribution Center environment.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferably Manhattan PKMS.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with AutoCAD.

  • Knowledge of Predetermined Motion Time Systems (MOST or MTM).

  • Experience with Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) or Logistics Management Systems (LMS).

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
