Job Title: Master Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Leads and performs maintenance of facilities and equipment to maximize Operations performance
Prioritizes and coordinates work assignments for Senior Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians to ensure critical work assignments are completed correctly and on a timely basis
Coaches Senior Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, communication of good maintenance practices
Directs, schedules and performs: preventative maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling equipment, preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment
Directs and uses Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)-generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices
Job Duties
Technicians will be in charge of equipment such as:
Mechanical and electrical equipment and components
3 phase motors, 480v
Integrated Systems with PLCs
Allen Bradley PLCs (old and new ones) troubleshooting and repair using PLC on the following equipment:
High Speed Automated Sorting machines
VFDs, Photo Eyes, Sensors
Robotic equipment
Gantry cranes
30 miles of conveyors, 4 sorters, 12 cranes
PLC PM programs, update on computer status using TMI Systems. (software)
Hard Skills
Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks
Experience with minor mechanical repairs
Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Knowledge in maintaining high-tech automated equipment
Shifts
Su-Thurs 10pm - 6:30am
Su-Th 5am - 2:30pm

This is a fully on-site position in Moreno Valley, California.
Work Environment
This role requires hands-on maintenance work within a distribution center environment. The position is a critical step towards supervisory or managerial roles, offering a dynamic work setting with a focus on safety and efficiency.
