(25) Construction Laborer: Temporary, Full Time. Min 40 hrs./week, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm variable. Min $23.93/hr. Some overtime hours may be available at $35.90/hr. Employer will use a single workweek as the standard for computing wages due. Employers will make all deductions from workers' paychecks as required by law. Employer will provide optional housing at the rate of $126.25 per pay period, which will be deducted from worker's weekly paychecks. Duties: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites including the loading and unloading of tools/raw materials, assisting with assembly and setting of panels/forms, assisting with pouring concrete, tying rebar, placing chairs, edging tops of walls and flatwork, using electric hand tools to cut lumber and rebar, setting forms to grade, placing stakes, pounding nails, using hand shovels and raking concrete. All Construction Laborers are required to maintain a clean worksite and clean their equipment. Require: 12 months Construction Laborer experience. No On-the-Job Training. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
