Concordia College Building Services - Custodian in Moorhead, Minnesota

Job Summary/Basic Function - Full range of cleaning duties including, but are not limited to: Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets - Clean and sanitize rest room facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, rest room sinks, urinals and toilets; replenish supplies in restrooms - Wash windows, mirrors and walls - Empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles - Replace lights - Climb ladders and stairs on a regular basis - Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities - snow/ice removal using ice melt, snow blowers and shoveling - Assist in other projects as assigned Benefits Concordia College is proud to offer numerous benefits to its employees, including .
