Highlights Healthcare Real Estate Paralegal for Healthcare - Mooresville NC Corporate Office in Mooresville, North Carolina

Highlights Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Paralegal to join our corporate support team. Our team supports our ABA therapy Learning Centers and our sister company's hospice locations throughout the southeast.

This position reviews leases and property documentation as well as initiates and maintains vendor contracts for our facilities team. This role works closely with our real estate division, facilities team, and our finance department. Must have excellent customer service and great communication skills with strong attention to detail.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Maintain and track facility vendor contracts and agreements

• Review facility lease agreements and other real estate documentation

• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of files and records

• Comply with Highlights Healthcare's vision, mission, and values

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited college or university, preferred

• 3-5 years experience in paralegal support, real estate preferred

• Adherence to laws and best practices with regard to customers and data

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Highly organized with attention to detail; results driven

• Excellent time management and high productivity

• Strong, polished communication and customer service skills – written and verbal
