Lowe's Director, Pro Sales (Inside and Outside Sales) in Mooresville, North Carolina

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a highly effective inside and outside sales team while having direct customer involvement and influence. This will be accomplished by building relationships with Pro customers and leveraging opportunities to deploy product and account management solutions and holistically leveraging the Pro Fulfillment Network, resulting in sales gains.

The Director, PFN Sales accomplishes these responsibilities through effective management and development of a team of experienced Managers. This team executes across multiple cross functional work teams to deliver strategic and functional initiatives on time and meet expected financial and operational benefits defined by the strategy. This leader will work closely with Pro Fulfillment Network leadership, store support center, and store operation leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of inside sales representative/managers, Pro Sales Managers, and/or Pro Territory Sales Managers, providing leadership by attracting and hiring talented individuals setting goals, and communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, managing performance, providing resources and support as needed, and sponsoring and leading members through change.

  • Working directly with Field and Supply Chain partners to drive business through key Pro solutions, such as the Pro Fulfillment Network, Lowe’s Pro Supply, etc.

  • Works closely with Supply Chain and Merchandising leaders to maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price in accordance with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

  • Drives consistent sales growth, seeking opportunities to expand the influence

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to better understand their business needs and objectives.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budges and strategic direction of accounts.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 8-10 years of experience leading sales professionals to deliver business results.

  • Must be open to working onsite in Mooresville, NC (relocation package provided)

Preferred experience

  • 3-5 years of experience incorporating e-commerce into sales strategy; experience identifying and building plans in response to emerging customer trends; experience working in home improvement retial; business to business experience.

  • 8+ years experience managing inside and / or outside sales team nationally

Pay Range: $123,400.00 - $205,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
