Your Impact

The Director Pro & Services Reporting owns the execution of Reporting for the Pro & Services Organization. This role partners closely with the business leaders and stakeholders to understand the current state of the business and help identify opportunities for improvements in reporting, analytics, insights and AI/ML. S/he will be responsible for Pro and Home Services reporting consolidation and automation, intake and governances, field performance reporting, and business optimization through analytics and reporting. This position acts both as the liaison for DACI, and business requirement and for developing interim reporting and insights. S/he and team own responsibility for defining reporting requirement and utilize the qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to program development and after implementation to identify ROI current/future state and cost savings.

What You Will Do

• Owns and manages created Pro and Home Services Dashboards, ensuring evolution and accuracy in alignment with evolving business needs.

• Constantly communicates and partners with key stakeholders in the field and at the SSC to create a culture of teamwork, transparency and awareness. Partners include, but are not limited to Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, Product Management HR, Learning and Development, DACI, Store Environment, and Marketing. This partnership ensures roadblocks are addressed, and programs are executed quickly.

• Provides timely, effective, and actionable feedback and coaching to reporting individuals so that they may continue growth and development as well as perform necessary responsibilities of their role.

• Defines team strategy and ensure the teams is able to reach out to the right people, able to understand the resolve of problems in business function, and removes barriers that keep the team from engaging with and working effectively with the business.

• Manages prioritization and road map for corresponding DACI programs and activities for direct reports.

• Synthesizes findings, prepares reporting and presentation and represents findings to management.

• Provides subject manager expertise to business partner for matter concerning data availability, reportability and accessibility.

• Responsible for completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of a highly functioning team, including responsibility of recruiting, hiring, developing and performance of team members.

Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of applied reporting and analytics experience supporting a business unit in retail, technology, or other customer driven organization.

• 5 or more years of experience leading analytics and/or reporting professionals directly and indirectly

• 8 or more years of experience using analytic tools (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, Knime, SAS)

• 8 or more years of experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau)

• 5 or more years of experience working with Enterprise level databases (e.g. Hadoop, Teradata, GCP, Oracle, DB2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or related field

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
