WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to join our dynamic team in New Jersey. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing inventory levels within the warehouse fulfillment operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inventory audits, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock rotation, and collaborating on overall warehouse efficiency. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing discrepancies

  • Conduct regular and comprehensive inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify any variances

  • Ensure proper stock rotation practices to maintain product quality and reduce obsolescence

  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)

  • Oversee the receiving and shipping processes to ensure accurate documentation and timely handling of goods

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and delegating tasks as needed

  • Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure coordinated and efficient inventory management

  • Prepare and present reports on inventory performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and audit results

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

  • Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish (speaking & written) mandatory
