Summary: Supervise the shipping department in the Coffee Tea Plant. Transfer pallets of coffee and tea between buildings by driving a tractor trailer. Manage/operate robots in absence of responsible employees; run line down, as needed; File electronic claims on damaged or missing products; work with production to make sure orders are ready to be shipped in a timely manner. Limited shipping out of production warehouse.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Supervisory skills.
  3. Proficient skill with personal computer and job-related software packages.
  4. Warehouse operation skills
  5. Forklift operation experience
  6. Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years job-related production warehouse experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
