Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Quality Assurance – Quality Proactive Intern, you will oversee the GMP documentation activities collaborating with all business functions for the management of document activities of different nature.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

Improve the digitalization’s program with active participation in the project team

Active participation in the Quality Management System harmonization project with the scope of alignment of site GMP documentation with corporate&regulatory requirements

Learning how to manage the Logbooks linked to operative departments

Efficiently organize, categorize, and store documents to ensure quick and secure access.

Create, edit, and format documents including reports, presentations, and internal documentation.

Collaborate with others departments to analyse the improvement areas for the documentation process flow, focus on logbooks and forms.

Propose a new vision about actions to be implemented and start those action.
