KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Contingent Workforce Support to join our Contingent Workforce Management Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of the contingent worker (CW) onboarding tasks required to confirm the resource is 'cleared to start' once the request is initiated within Beeline/ServiceNow, as well as track weekly reports, following up on outstanding tasks

  • Manage issues/exceptions that may arise throughout the onboarding process, if/when required, and communicate with the supplier and/or the Contingent Worker to ensure candidate provides all the required information and documentation

  • Monitor the completion of the background check for each CW and escalate to the onshore stakeholder(s) if issues arise

  • Update the CW start date in PS if/when required, and contact the Engagement Manager to obtain cost center/project code

  • Follow up with Engagement Manager to complete 'New Manager' training when required, as well as follow up with CW to confirm that required documentation has been completed/submitted (for example, Harassment and others) and escalate when required

  • Coordinate with Engagement Manager and Sourcing Hub to initiate/execute offboarding process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent human resource experience working with onboarding/offboarding and/or compliance tasks

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork

  • Working knowledge of core technologies (such as Microsoft Office Suite, HRMS, ServiceNow and more) and other VMS platforms is a plus

  • Proficiency of administrative skills at a high and complex level, strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
