As an Inside Sales Representative at Xerox, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales. This role requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding sales targets. This role requires a candidate who is bilingual, fluent in English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels.

  • Conduct outbound calls(from MQL generated campaigns) and emails to prospects to generate interest in our products/services.

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for further engagement by the sales team and vendor reps to create a 4-legged call.

Sales Presentations:

  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential customers from aligned sales certifications and or accreditations.

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

  • Address customer questions and objections to facilitate the sales process.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.

  • Enter and Maintain Deal regs and renewals of Deal regs.

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets both individually and group from team.

  • Continuously identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue growth.

Sales Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage sales documents, proposals, and contracts.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing sales presentations, and customer quotes.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

  • Maintain service agreements and monitor and maintain hitting date targets for invoicing.

  • Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Order Processing:

  • Process and track sales orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Proactively handling open orders – any over net 30 must be identified and actively engaged in quickly moving order thru.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Customer Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues or concerns.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other internal departments, including finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to share information and updates.
