Job Responsibilities

As a CBRE General Labourer / Handyperson, you will be responsible for proactive and reactive building maintenance and repair services for client contracts.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forprovidingsupport, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities.

  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

  • Waste Management

  • Site housekeeping

  • Material movement

  • Assisting with staff relocations

  • Banksman duties

  • Support inventory management

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

Experience Required:

  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

  • At least two years of experience

Preferred Skills:

· Forklift truck License preferred but training could be provided.

  • Banksman training
