Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have a positive attitude that aligns with our company values.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Montrose, CO

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Shift - Mon - Thur 3:15pm - 1:45am

What's the Job?

• Responsible for performing weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department

• Ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meets customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Obtains the correct documentation for the batch and ensures the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area

• Sets up and starts any weigh-up or packaging machinery, checking all controls for adherence to operating/safety procedures

• Completes and maintains required paperwork and/or documents

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED Completed

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally handle up to 250 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
