Le rôle que nous vous proposons :

The incumbent must work closely with different manufacturing departments as well as the different business units to fully understand the processes and their needs. They must plan key milestones for projects that will require manufacturing operations based on key constraints and production parameters. The Master Planner will play a key role in relation to the various business units. They will work closely with them to ensure that their expectations are met and to build trust. They are responsible for assisting in the collection of data and performing detailed analysis to ensure alignment with different stakeholders. They will coordinate to ensure that they will always know the key parameters to implement an optimized production plan.

Specifically the incumbent:

  • Create and align project schedules by considering overall constraints, while ensuring a level loaded plan

  • Prepares analyses to facilitate decision-making & manufacturing execution upstream to secure production milestones and the demand plan, such as requirements for external capacity support

  • Suggests and implements solutions to improve processes

  • Leads multiple meetings with project teams to establish realistic production plans

  • Develops and maintains key performance indicators to measure performance

  • Supports strategic programs upstream to ensure all execution requirements are established and met

  • Bridges the required information with bids & cost teams when necessary

  • Gets involved in the S&OP process and brings suggestions for opportunities to ensure that the required inventory and supply chain are adequate to support the demand.

The passionate we are looking for has:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or business

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.

  • Familiar with an integrated management system, preferably ORACLE

  • At least three to five years of relevant experience or training in the field

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines autonomously

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to define problems, gather information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Ability to interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions and deal with several concrete and abstract variables at once

  • Excellent communication skills
