By joining our facilities team, you will have the opportunity to maintain HVAC equipment offering a first class work environment to our employees and our clients. Ready to:

Responsabilities:

• Perform the installation of HVAC equipment as refrigeration systems, heating, ventilation, humidification system or other air treatment systems. (water cooled machines, chillers, rooftop units, water towers).

• Perform preventive maintenance by replacing the belts, filters, air flow, greasing parts, adjusting pulleys and other relevant tasks.

• Maintain an inventory of spare parts related to preventive maintenance.

• Search for and order the necessary parts for corrective maintenance.

• Install piping using welding, soldering, threads or glue depending on the application.

• Execute the commissioning of HVAC systems by performing leak testing and charging with refrigerant according to the techniques of the trade.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical, electrical.

• Troubleshoot machines using appropriate tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges and other diagnostic instruments related to trade.

• Effectively respond to different internal clients` service requests.

• Strict standards of health and safety at work, including WHMIS.

Qualifications:

• Holds a journeyman license in refrigeration.

• Good team player.

• Precise, methodical and good dexterity.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Working knowledge of French required.

• Orderly, structured.

• Very independent.

• Apt to work in an industrial environment.

• Safe personal basic tools required.

• Accuracy and precision.

• Working within a multidisciplinary team.
