Description:

TEKsystems' client in Montreal is looking to add an enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their team to support a large-scale project in the Montreal area. The role requires someone who is comfortable using their personal vehicle (paid expenses), to travel to client/merchant sites, and support a semi-technical onboarding project.

This role is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role will be split between 0.5 days at home and 4.5 days in the field working directly with partner merchants.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Driving to merchant sites, providing onboarding support, and reminding merchants to update their information on Stripe during the visits.

• Troubleshooting issues the merchant is facing

• Tracking each merchant meeting and updating their information in the system

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Completion of High-school Diploma or relevant post-secondary education

• 6+ months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or driving.

• Excellent English and French communication skills. (Must be 100% bilingual)

Nice to Have Experience:

• Some SQL experience

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin Punjabi, or French
