Description:

Context: The director of the Operations Insight and Reporting Team leads a dedicated group responsible for equipping the front-line sales personnel with reporting, insights and analytical tools to help them achieve their performance objectives. The team is one of several analytical teams across different business lines, including finance, risk, and marketing. Each team plays a vital role in driving data-driven decision-making within their respective domains.

Mandate: We are embarking on a project to migrate our existing reporting infrastructure to Azure Databricks and Power BI. This initiative is essential for modernizing our data analytics capabilities and ensuring consistent, reliable reporting.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project that will significantly shape the future of our client's data analytics landscape. The two (2) ideal candidates will have a strong background in data engineering, experience with Azure Databricks and Power BI, and a meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
