Otis is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Associate to contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Sales Center of Expertise (COE) and support the work of our service sales representatives and mechanics at our local branches. This is a great opportunity to enter the sales function and develop product and industry knowledge.

What you’ll do:

  • Proposal generation for field mechanics, sales representatives, maintenance supervisors, and customers

  • Contributing to the accuracy of the sales system (CRM) by updating customer information, removing duplicate proposals, and updating outdated proposals

  • Working with the sales team to update documents and overall processes

  • Assisting new employees (mechanics, supervisors, sales representatives) to better understand the Service Sales Associate (SSA) program through training and orientation sessions

  • Ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner

  • This position is 100% remote.

You should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure

  • CRM experience preferred

  • Otis proposal experience and elevator industry knowledge are preferred, but not required

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Agent(e) de soutien aux ventes

Otis est à la recherche d'une personne bilingue (anglais/français) très motivée pour combler le poste d'agent(e) de soutien aux ventes. Cette personne contribuera à l'efficacité des activités quotidiennes du centre d'expertise des ventes et fournira du soutien aux représentants commerciaux et aux mécaniciens œuvrant dans nos succursales. Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion de s'initier aux ventes et de développer une connaissance des produits et de l'industrie.

Responsabilités

  • Préparer et acheminer des propositions aux clients au nom des mécaniciens en clientèle, des représentants commerciaux et des superviseurs d’entretien.

  • Contribuer à l’exactitude des données du système de ventes (CRM) comme suit : maintenir à jour les renseignements des clients, supprimer les propositions en double et assurer le suivi des propositions désuètes.

  • Travailler de concert avec l’équipe des ventes pour mettre à jour l’ensemble des documents et processus français et anglais.

  • Aider les nouveaux employés (mécaniciens, superviseurs et représentants commerciaux) à mieux comprendre le programme de promotion des contrats de réparation (ACR) au moyen de séances de formation et d’orientation.

  • Voir à ce que les demandes des clients soient traitées en temps opportun.

  • Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles et participer à des tâches de projet.

Expérience/compétences

  • Avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, de préférence dans le domaine de la vente.

  • Maîtriser parfaitement l’anglais et le français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

  • Posséder de solides connaissances en informatique et maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Avoir une excellente aptitude pour le service à la clientèle.

  • Avoir l’esprit de l’organisation.

  • Être apte à respecter des échéances serrées et être capable de travailler efficacement sous pression.

  • Avoir de l’expérience avec le système CRM.

  • Avoir de l’expérience avec les propositions d’Otis et une connaissance du secteur des ascenseurs (préférable, mais pas obligatoire).

Études

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires.
