Overview

The Financial Operations section of the Administration and Innovation Division is seeking a Financial Administrator II to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work among dedicated colleagues who are committed to protecting Vermont\'s environment.

We are seeking an applicant with strong administrative and technical skills at a professional level to help support the management of accounts payable processing for multiple divisions within the department. This position will be working with the finance team to ensure the processing of accounts payable for the department\'s grants, contracts, and loans in a timely and accurate manner. Duties may also include assistance with financial reporting, accounts receivable, and other financial duties as necessary.

Prior experience with accounts payable, managing highly-detailed processes, and excel spreadsheets is preferred. We operate in a team-oriented, continuously improving environment in which the Financial Administrator II will be an important contributor.
