Seasonal/Temporary Work from 12/1/2024 - 6/30/2025

Forage Crops (Hay & Straw) Soil preparation, operating tillage and cutting equipment, hauling bales to storage barns.\ Row Crops: Drive and operate machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops such as corn, wheat, soybeans, etc. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, and drill to tractors. Husking and shelling corn, etc.\ Fruit/Vegetable Production: Drive and operate Farm machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate, harvest and pack vegetables in boxes, buckets, and crates. Lay plastic, setting plants, hand week control, driving stakes, grading/sorting vegetables and any other general farm labor associated with vegetable production.\ Cattle and Poultry: workers may have to help with the heard, feeding, watering, moving herds to different paddocks for rotational grazing, repairing and building fences, etc. Poultry duties may include but not limited to: gathering eggs, waking chicken houses to pick up dead birds, moving birds, administering vaccines, cleaning out litter between flocks, etc.\ General farm labor such as minor repair and maintenance and cleaning of farm vehicles, equipment and implements, fixing, clearing and painting of fences and barns, etc. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described. Workers must follow all work and safety rules. Workers may be administered a drug test post-hire at no cost to the workers, to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination.
