Accounting Clerk

Job Duties: [Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. [Review accounts, identify discrepancies, and reconcile differences. [Process accounts receivable, invoice clients, and manage accounts payable duties, including coding and entering vendor invoices. [Prepare and post journal entries, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts. [Maintain and reconcile fixed assets, and prepare bank deposits. [Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems. [Remit sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes. [Advise management on financial decisions and strategies based on current accounting reports and financial analysis, etc.
