C.H. Robinson Logistics Associate in Monterrey, United States

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in assisting your team by managing operational tasks within our Transportation Management System and ensuring smooth account maintenance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for shipments promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service through prompt written and verbal responses

  • Book and manage transportation loads efficiently within the Transportation Management System, handling exceptions and making necessary adjustments as per customer requests

  • Schedule delivery appointments and handle any required modifications within the system

  • Lead TMC systems training sessions for external parties, ensuring seamless integration

  • Prepare and share reports with internal and external stakeholders promptly to support informed decisions

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested

Preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

  • Detail oriented

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Friendly and articulate phone demeanor

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to problem solve quickly and accurately

  • Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks
