  • EXPERIENCIA Interno: 1 año de experiencia minima como técnico de mantenimiento general o técnico especialista de un área de mantenimiento con afinidad en LOM. Externo 2 años de experiencia como técnico de mantenimiento en máquinas de inyección de plástico. EDUCACION/LICENCIAS/CERTIFICACIONES :Carrera técnica eléctrica, mecánica o mecatrónica. Conocimientos en: Mantenimiento en Máquinas de Inyección, comprobable con examen.Conocimiento de seguridad de la máquina.Conocimiento de la computadora.Mejora continua.solución y análisis de problemas.Servicio al cliente.Trabajo en equipo.Conocimientos técnicos.Proactivo.Automatización.Neumática.Hidráulica.Mecánica.Electricidad.Electrónica.MS Office.Diagramas eléctricos electrónicos e hidráulicos. Responsabilidades: Cumplir con los requisitos legales de QEHS, estándares (externos / internos) y otros aplicables a su área.Mantener el equipo de LEGO en las condiciones adecuadas para garantizar un rendimiento de producción confiable.Mantener el porcentaje de utilización del equipo alto sin sacrificar los requisitos de calidad.Asegurar reparaciones diarias a la maquinaria según las necesidades y prioridades de producción.Ejecución de actividades de Mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo.Recopilación de datos diarios de actividades correctivas / preventivas.Comunicación con colegas (entregas puntuales, intercambio de experiencias y conocimiento).En cuanto a la toma de decisiones críticas, debe solicitar el apoyo de su jefe Inmediato.Cumplir con las regulaciones del área.Mantener el equipo LEGO en las condiciones adecuadas para garantizar la producción de acuerdo con la confianza de las empresas y la calidad del producto.Mantener a disposición un alto porcentaje de equipos con requisitos de calidad. Seguir proceso de escalamiento durante problemas/fallas en líneas.Seguimiento de la reunión de seguridad 5’s y actividades de mantenimiento seguras.Participación en la Seguridad Proactiva, Pizarron Kaizen y Auditorias 5’s.Asistir a la reunión de seguridad al comienzo de turno. Procedimientos de seguimiento y certificaciones LOTO.Notificar refacciones faltantes en el almacén. Apoyar a otros departamentos. Reaccionar eficientemente en posibles cambios al plan de producción.
